Specify Certified Mail
The optional Certified Mail service provides you with a receipt for your mailing as well as online access to view delivery status of the mailpiece. For more information, see About the Certified Mail Tab.
Steps
- Create or display your domestic label or envelope layout.
- From either the Design tab or the Address Book tab, select Postage > Options.
- Select the Certified Mail tab.
- Note: Any mailpiece or shipment using the Certified Mail Extra Service that has an Endicia label with an IMpb (Intelligent Mail package barcode) also requires the green generic USPS Label 3800N. Label 3800N is a non-barcoded label that has replaced the barcoded Label 3800. You can obtain these labels from the USPS or the Endicia web store.
- Select the Include Certified Mail Fee check box.
- Click OK.
